GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This contol board provides 12-bit analog-to-digital conversion of up to 8 analog voltage inputs, at print speeds from 5 mm/sec to 45 mm/sec, a keypad interface, a number of other I/O lines, a paper takeup reel driver. This board is primarily intended for applications that require its analog input capability. (See CB3000 Cabling Diagram) The CB3000 also accepts input data from a parallel or serial RS232 data interface and provides the logic and drive functions to operate several B-G Instruments' print mechanisms, including model numbers PM1832, PM1448. This board is based on a silicon labs C8051 microprocessor with a complement of other IC's. Applications that only require digital input can use the CB2832, CB2448 control boards.
